Diaper cakes were created with various Painted Shapes from hobby lobby, see below including Tiger Chunky Painted Shape,
Lion suckers from oriental trading company, ribbon hobby lobby, paper hobby lobby. We purchased the diaper pattern at: www.diaperpatterns.com. Menu image was purchased from istockphoto.com.
The plant center pieces were money trees from home depot, grass was green raffia from hobby lobby, ribbon was a combination of two different ribbons. Little monkey in the tree was a cupcake pick from hobby lobby.

This was a difficult project. Animal faces were printed on legal paper on inkjet printer and taped to balloons. Balloons were 30in Qualtex balloons purchase from 1800 balloons in Chicago. My recommendation would be to do this project on standard size balloons, which require less helium. White yarn was used to tie.

Fantastic decoration! And the cake looks so delicious. I once attended a birthday party of a kid in one of the biggest NYC venues, they had a cake some what like this only and was very delicious. This post reminded me of the fun time I had at that party. You have done a superb job in making those small paper cuttings and the décor part.

One of the worst chemical offenders, chlorine, is particularly important to filter out before showering.
